Licensed attorneys behind Visa4Love

Visa4Love is the family-immigration practice of Usher Law Group, P.C., a Brooklyn firm serving New York, New Jersey, and Florida. We built Visa4Love for one job: helping couples and families move through the green-card process with less stress and fewer surprises. Every case is handled by a licensed attorney — from the first intake conversation through to approval — not passed off to a form-filling service.

How we work

Our approach

Pricing

Flat fees, quoted up front

You hear the price before you commit, and it does not move while we work. No hourly meter, no surprise invoices — just a clear, flat fee for the work your case actually needs.

People

A real attorney on every case

Your matter is handled by a licensed attorney, not a self-help website or a generic document mill. The person reviewing your evidence and signing off on your filing is a lawyer accountable to you.

Language

We speak your language

You can go through your case in English, Russian, or Spanish. Important details get lost in translation, so we talk through the hard parts in the language you are most comfortable in.

Questions we hear a lot

Do you only take clients in NY, NJ, and FL?

No. Immigration is federal, so we can represent families across the country before USCIS and U.S. consulates. We are based in Brooklyn and most actively serve New York, New Jersey, and Florida, but where you live does not determine whether we can take your case.

Will a real attorney handle my case?

Yes. Every Visa4Love matter is handled by a licensed attorney from intake through approval. You are not filling out forms on a website and hoping for the best — a lawyer reviews your evidence, prepares your filing, and stays accountable for it.

What does it cost?

We work on a flat fee, quoted up front before you commit — no hourly billing and no surprise invoices. Government filing fees are separate and set by USCIS and the Department of State. You can see the typical numbers on our fee calculator.
